Zoupon Submit Form FAQ’s

1. Title – This is a a required fill in. For best results be sure to put your offer & business name.

2. Category – You can choose one category.

3. Search Description – Write a quick blurb using keywords like your business name and the products or service your offering. This will help your listing come up in search results when people enter keywords that match in your description.

4. Main Description – This is the message that is shown on the coupon. You will probably want to enter your business name, your offer, any restrictions, your phone number, website etc…..NOTE: Do NOT enter the expiration here.

5. Tags & Keywords – Similar to the search description, you should add your keywords here. Example: if you sell “Chinese Food in San Tan Valley” you should tag like this: chinese,food,san tan valley,your business name, other relevant keyword,etc…

6. Contact Email – Enter your email address

7. Website URL - You can add your website link here – NOTE: This will only link to your website if you choose “OFFER” under coupon type. You must leave the code blank. You will not be able to have a printable coupon or code and a link to your site. YOU MAY ENTER YOUR WEBSITE URL IN STEP 4

8. Coupon Type:  This is a drop down box with 3 options.

• Coupon Code: You can put a code here for example, “SAVE5″, to save $5 off a product or service. The codes are used if you website that people check out directly on. They can use this code on your check out page to save.  Your website checkout must be able to support codes. You must but your website in Step 4 so people can find your website.
• Printable Code: This is a coupon they can print directly from Zoupon.com. All the information in Step 4 will be shown on the printable coupon.
• Offer: Your offer is what you write in Step 4 and this will link directly to your website. This is best if you offering something on your website that you want to drive people to, either your store, a special download, or form to fill out.

9. Coupon Code – Only fill this box in with a code if you chose “Coupon Code” from step 8. Otherwise leave blank.

10. Start & End Dates – This is the start and stop date of your coupon offer.

11.  Map Location: this is optional. You can add  address or just your city/town.

YOU CAN ALWAYS EDIT YOUR COUPON AFTER YOU CREATE IT IF SOMETHING DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT. JUST CLICK ON “MANAGE YOUR ZOUPON” AT THE TOP OF THE WEBSITE.
